About the Project
The $800-million, mixed-use project transformed one of Hollywood’s most famous intersections—Hollywood and Vine. This was L.A.’s first ever, ground-up, lifestyle hotel, retail and condominium development. The mixed-use project includes a 12-story luxury hotel with 305 rooms, a 16-story residential tower with 143 high-end condominium units, and three levels of subterranean parking.
The hotel featured the Drai’s Hollywood nightclub located at the roof top pool terrace. Other amenities included a Bliss Spa, the Delphine Eatery & Bar, and access to the MTA Red Line.
TDA Consultants provided permit expediting, effectuation of the various conditional use approvals, and construction related permitting for the duration of the project. In addition, TDA also completed the approval of the subdivision approval for the tract related to the condominiums and all the tenant improvement approvals for the retail tenants.
