TDA Consultants, Inc. was formed by Tina and Dominic Hong. Both have worked on high level and complex development projects in the Greater Los Angeles area for over 15 years. In the ever changing real estate economy and with the continued changes in government regulations and protocol, it has become essential to retain an expediting firm with the knowledge to assist the developer in working through all the different levels of a real estate development project. Whether it is project permiting, tracts/parcel maps, zone changes or project management, we have developed a vast knowledge of the processes that are involved to tackle even the most difficult projects in any municipality.

Dominic Hong (President) – Dominic is co-founder of TDA Consultants. Dominic has over 16 years of successful experience in permit expediting, entitlements, and project management. Dominic has permitted over 500 large scale projects ranging from mixed use, residential, and commercial. His ability to manage high level projects with his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and vast knowledge of all municipalities provides clients a very high level strategic partner to help navigate even the most complicated of projects.
Tina Hong (Vice President) – Tina is co- founder of TDA Consultants. Tina has over 20 years of successful experience in permit expediting, entitlements, and project management. Tina has permitted over 500 large scale projects ranging from mixed use, residential, and commercial. Her ability to manage high level projects with her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and vast knowledge of all municipalities provides clients a very high level strategic partner to help navigate even the most complicated of projects.
Allan Catap (Senior Project Coordinator) – Allan joined TDA Consultants in 2014. His focus includes single family, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use projects. He maintains a daily presence at the City and County of Los Angeles working on obtaining project approvals and working with project consultants. Allan has completed hundreds of diverse projects by utilizing a strategic, efficient, and responsive project management style.
