About the Project

The new specific plan will deliver 676 homes across more than 61 acres of land. It will include single-family detached homes, townhomes, flats, a jogging trail, park space, recreation centers and amenities.

TDA Consultants, provided project approvals related to the finalization of the entitlements of the project, all the permitting involving the demolition of the previous Navy housing on site, while also coordinating the backbone permits and approvals of all the on and off site wet and dry utilities.

TDA also provided coordination and approvals with the multiple jurisdictions and municipalities given the fact the project had Edison, DWP, Cal Water, City of Los Angeles, and County of Los Angeles components. TDA is continuing to work with the developer on the remaining building out of the 676 proposed homes and the subdivision of the specific plan.
